Bar Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team at Indish Restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized.
- Customer Service
- Provide recommendations on wine and drink selections to enhance the dining experience.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Inventory Management
- Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and supplies.
- Record and balance beverage sales.
- Certifications and Training
- Hold a Bartender certification or equivalent.
- Complete a Bartender/Mixology Certification Course or equivalent.
- Obtain a Responsible Beverage Service Certificate or equivalent.
- Security and Safety
- Undergo a criminal record check.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure.
- Stand for extended periods.
