Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Set The Table Kitchen & Co. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Develop and implement menus and specials
  • Manage labor costs and ensure efficient staffing levels
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
