Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to prospect new sales opportunities via phone and email, and develop rapport with new clients.
- Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting: Proactively contact all prospects, identify qualified leads, and set up appointments for our outside sales representatives.
- Lead Nurturing and Customer Management: Acquire client prospecting information, lead nurturing, and customer information regarding expired equipment and buy-out requests.
- Marketing Automation and CRM Management: Screen inbound leads using Marketing Automation software from sources such as website and landing page forms, and update CRM customer data and record information from new leads and prospects.
- Business Development and Sales Growth: Achieve monthly quotas for closed business and Sales Qualified Leads in Salesforce, and use data mining resources to discover customer trends and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Language Proficiency: Oral and written communication in French is required.
- Business Acumen and Sales Skills: Possess a strong understanding of business operations and sales principles, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches and negotiate deals.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and have experience with data mining and lead generation tools.
- Professionalism and Coachability: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to take customer notes and develop call scripts.
