CITY CAR AND TRUCK RENTAL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial and Business Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select executive staff and delegate authority
- Conduct performance reviews and establish financial controls
- 3-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
This is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
