Principal Consultant

At Voiant Group, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consulting team and drive business growth. As a Principal Consultant, you'll be responsible for building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of consultants. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of consultants in delivering high-quality client projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Consulting and senior leadership to drive business development, sales, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and address capability gaps within the team, making informed decisions on talent hires and development.
  • Drive effective team performance reviews, cascading organizational goals, and individual development plans to support career growth.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or related industry experience in digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading or working in teams, delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses.
  • Confidence in presenting to senior executives and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Agile approach, with ability to be flexible and adept in dealing with ambiguity.
