Key Responsibilities
The Service Specialist plays a vital role in assisting customers throughout the General Sales area. This position is crucial in achieving our mission to deliver a superior shopping experience daily. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervising the front end of the store, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitoring cashier coverage and maintaining necessary supplies.
