As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing underwriting team to achieve exceptional results
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance underwriting skills and knowledge
  • Business Development
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key brokers and clients
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Leadership Experience
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in underwriting, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Industry Expertise
    • Deep understanding of Cyber & Professional Liability risks and trends
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
