Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex business and IT projects, including organizational change management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT security project management.
  • Proven experience in establishing a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Experience in workforce development initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
  • Higher education experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale business and IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in identifying risks and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading significant projects in similarly sized organizations.
  • Expertise in organizational change management and delivering projects within budget and schedule.

Travel Requirements:

This role will require some travel to foster relationships and understand project contexts. Travel will be necessary for key project milestones and critical meetings.
