Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishing a Project Management Framework:

Key Duties:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, work breakdown structures, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to clarify project objectives and potential challenges.

- Ensure consistent reporting on project progress and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex business and IT projects, including organizational change management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT security project management.
- Proven experience in establishing a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Experience in workforce development initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
- Higher education experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale business and IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in identifying risks and addressing concerns proactively.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience leading significant projects in similarly sized organizations.
- Expertise in organizational change management and delivering projects within budget and schedule.
Travel Requirements:
This role will require some travel to foster relationships and understand project contexts. Travel will be necessary for key project milestones and critical meetings.
