As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in achieving this vision. In our facilities, you will work diligently to create a dynamic and secure atmosphere in our Studio Fitness classes, ensuring that our members enjoy a memorable Movati experience that they eagerly anticipate each day. Your daily routine will be energetic and informative, while also being receptive to member feedback to guarantee the highest standard of instruction.
Here’s what you can expect:
Responsibilities
As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will report directly to the Group Fitness Manager and deliver top-notch fitness instruction, expertise, coaching, and encouragement to Club members to assist them in reaching their fitness aspirations. You will be integral to keeping our members motivated and engaged. Your duties will include:
Leading engaging and challenging group fitness sessions for participants of all skill levels Ensuring that group fitness training methodologies align with established Club practices Providing outstanding Group Fitness classes, programs, and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of both new and existing clients Building and nurturing relationships with Club members Ensuring reliable Group Fitness class instruction by maintaining punctuality and consistent coverage for all classes Creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for all participants Actively seeking constructive feedback from class attendees and sharing insights with the Group Fitness Manager to enhance the program continuouslyQualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory At least 1 year of relevant Group Fitness instruction experience is required Successful completion of a nationally recognized Fitness Instruction Specialist Certification is essential Additional certifications for specialized classes, special populations, and adapted fitness are advantageous Completion of further health and nutrition certification programs is a plusBenefits
