Each day will be filled with high energy, educational experiences, and opportunities for member feedback to ensure we provide top-notch instruction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic and motivating group fitness sessions tailored for participants of varying skill levels.
  • Adhere to established Club training protocols and methodologies in group fitness instruction.
  • Offer exceptional fitness classes and programs that cater to the diverse needs of both new and existing members.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with club members to enhance their fitness journey.
  • Ensure punctuality and consistency in class scheduling, guaranteeing that all sessions are adequately covered.
  • Create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere for all participants.
  • Actively seek and incorporate feedback from class attendees to continuously refine and improve the fitness offerings.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant group fitness instruction experience is required.
  • Completion of a nationally recognized Fitness Instruction Specialist Certification is essential.
  • Additional certifications for specialized classes and populations are advantageous.
  • Completion of further health and nutrition certification programs is a plus.
