About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Woodstock Grocers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and analyze store performance, making recommendations for improvement.
