Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team at Door Ace Your Garage Door & Gates Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate execution
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting equipment, to produce high-quality welds
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications, and perform minor repairs on welding equipment as needed
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate hoisting and lifting equipment to facilitate efficient workflow
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in welding or a related field
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek
  • Fluency in English
