Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management
    • Develop specific plans to prioritize purchasing and inventory activities
    • Organize tasks to accomplish the work, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
    • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory control and management
  • Supervision
    • Supervise purchasing and inventory clerks to ensure the efficient management of inventory and purchasing activities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on purchasing and inventory activities, including inventory levels and purchasing trends
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
