Director, Event Operations - Jump in Sport

As a key member of our team, you will lead the event services team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events at Rogers Place. Your primary focus will be on ensuring all events exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service and safety to all guests, promoters, partners, and vendors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the Events department, including event managers, coordinators, and part-time staff, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events, including concerts, sporting events, public, and private events.
  • Drive team performance to achieve efficient operations and encourage innovative ideas for cost savings and revenue generation.
