Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered, ensuring accurate measurements and precise markings.
  • Material Handling: Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding, as well as measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings.
  • Hardwood Floor Installation: Prepare and install hardwood floors, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Damage Repair: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, restoring them to their original condition.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials, and prepare floors for installations, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Removal and Cleaning: Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants, leaving floors clean and ready for new installations.
