Service Desk Analyst - After Hours Support

WBM Technologies is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in the role of After Hours Support. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will provide level 1 technical support to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone, email, chat, and online requests.
  • Assess and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating as necessary to specialized teams.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communications.
  • Previous service desk experience providing level 1 technical support, including triage and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work shift rotations, including daytime shifts, afternoon shifts, weekends, and split shifts if required.
