Job Title: CAD Designer

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to contribute to the creation of innovative designs for commercial and industrial construction projects at Goguen Architecture Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software, including AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT.
  • Prepare proposals, tender contracts, and working drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and assist in design development, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings, effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Experience in CAD design and drafting, with proficiency in industry-standard software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
  • 40 hours per week, with regular working hours and minimal overtime required.
  • English language required, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
