Project Control Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Officer to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the project schedule, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, and facilitating project financial close-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the project schedule, ensuring it accurately reflects the current project plan, including field execution.
  • Reconcile financial systems and project controls systems, remediate discrepancies, and maintain alignment.
  • Ensure accurate project cost forecasting and schedule updating.
  • Interface with cross-functional groups, stakeholders, and finance to ensure project plans are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Closely monitor and verify standard project reports for accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Requires knowledge of engineering/science encompassing subject area relevant to project planning, scheduling, and control.
  • Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relevant business and computer applications knowledge.
  • Requires experience in project management methodologies, particularly project scheduling and controls.
  • Requires experience in project management within a nuclear industry.
  • Requires experience in operating various computerized systems and databases, with proficiency in scheduling Primavera P6 software.
