Job Title: Stair Builder-Carpenter

CK Flooring & Interior Ltd. is seeking a skilled Stair Builder-Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for building and installing staircases, floors, and other wood structures in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts and designs for staircases and floors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to create staircases, floors, and other wood structures.
  • Install staircases, floors, and other wood structures in various locations, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Maintain and repair existing wood structures, including staircases, floors, and other wood features.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in woodworking and construction, with a focus on stair building and carpentry.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, crouching, and lifting.
Work Environment:
