Business Administration Officer

As an Administrative Coordinator at Asquare Learning Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This is a temporary position requiring a dedicated individual with a strong background in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Implement and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel and oversee their work.
- Prioritization: Establish work priorities to ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Office Coordination: Plan and manage office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain financial controls.
- Reporting: Compile data and generate periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Data Management: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Staff Training: Provide training and support to new staff members.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflict situations that arise.
- Monitoring: Evaluate office procedures and recommend improvements.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals, ensuring that all administrative functions are carried out effectively.
Technical ProficiencyProficiency in various software applications is essential, including:
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Project management software
- Electronic mail systems
This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and tight deadlines. Attention to detail is critical.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar administrative role.
