Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
    • Assist customers with special needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths
    • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
  • Support for Visible Minorities
    • Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
