Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgetary Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenues are maximized.
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the restaurant and its services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skills: MS Office, Point of Sale system, Spreadsheet, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Benefits: Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA), Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
