About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Indian Oasis Wellness Centre Ltd. as an Office Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping Floors: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris.
  • Dusting and Polishing Furniture: Dust and polish all furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning Carpets and Upholstery: Vacuum and clean all carpets and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Providing Clean Towels and Toiletries: Ensure that clean towels and toiletries are available for guests and staff.
  • Stocking Linen Closet: Maintain a well-stocked linen closet to ensure that all linens are available when needed.
  • Handling Lost and Found Items: Handle and report all lost and found items to the management.
  • Attending to Guest Requests: Attend to all guest requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing Information on Facilities: Provide basic information on facilities to guests and staff.
  • Picking Up Debris and Emptying Trash Containers: Ensure that all trash containers are emptied and debris is picked up regularly.
  • Performing Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform all light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
  • Addressing Customer Complaints: Address all customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
