About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant at the Embassy Grand Convention Centre. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, including floors, surfaces, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest requests, and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
