Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dedicated insurance professional with a passion for providing exceptional service and advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
2. Conduct thorough reviews of clients' personal lines and autoplan insurance requirements, offering tailored solutions.
3. Process transactions related to Icbc Autoplan and Personal Lines, including travel insurance and private auto for walk-in clients.
4. Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned accounts, including binding, invoicing, premium collection, and documentation.
5. Stay in regular contact with clients to inform them of changes, updates, or new options for their policies.
6. Engage in proactive telephone sales and in-person meetings to enhance client relationships.
7. Evaluate and assess clients' insurance needs to identify any gaps in coverage or lapsed policies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- A Level 1 Insurance Broker license is required, with preference for candidates holding or working towards a Level 2 license.
- Proficiency in the PowerBroker Agency Management System and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client service.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with a genuine enjoyment of helping clients.
