Job Summary

The Medical Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the success of our sleep apnea patient experience by coordinating the flow of information, interviewing patients, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors, and staff.
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Open and distribute incoming mail, electronic correspondence, and other materials.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, complete insurance and claim forms, and maintain filing systems.
  • Order supplies, maintain inventory, and determine office procedures and routines.
  • Enter and format medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets for review.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Perform data entry and provide administrative support to the medical team.
