Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Okema Enterprises LTD. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing landscape.
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage to keep our outdoor spaces clean.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to enhance the appearance and health of our landscapes.
  • Lay sod or seed to repair and maintain our outdoor spaces.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to add beauty and variety to our landscapes.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Remove trees as needed to maintain a safe and healthy landscape.
