We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ontario Potato Dist. (Alliston) Inc. 1991. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Advertise vacancies and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct safety and security checks and supervise other workers
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Dependability, initiative, and good judgement
  • Organized and able to work with minimal supervision
