Key Responsibilities

Operate the screed effectively to achieve the desired asphalt mat thickness and quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines. Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of two to three years of experience in asphalt paving within the road construction sector. Solid understanding of asphalt materials and their applications. Familiarity with the techniques and equipment utilized in asphalt placement. Possession of a valid Driver's License. A clean driving record, with no more than three infractions and fewer than seven demerits.

Physical Demands

Must possess the physical capability, endurance, and coordination necessary to perform assigned tasks effectively.
