Key Responsibilities of a Cook:

  • Prepare a diverse range of food items utilizing various cooking techniques.
  • Portion and present meals suitable for different dining environments.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Completion of a recognized culinary program lasting 12 months or equivalent experience.
  • Food Safe Certificate Level 1 is mandatory.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Physical fitness to fulfill job requirements.
  • Organizational proficiency.
  • Skills in operating kitchen equipment.
