About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that management is informed of key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
    • Client focus, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
