Job Title: Insurance Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Inspector to join our team at First Financial Underwriting Services (Canada) Inc.

Job Summary:

The Insurance Inspector will be responsible for examining records and reports to determine insurance coverage, taking statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine records and reports to determine insurance coverage and ensure accuracy
  • Take statements from clients and stakeholders to gather information
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other teams to ensure seamless processing of insurance claims
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with database software and spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
