We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our Ad Formats product. As a key member of our Ads Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and efficient ad formats that meet the needs of our advertisers and users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of new ad formats and infrastructure to enhance user experience and improve advertiser ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and data scientists, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Design and implement scalable and efficient ad formats that meet the needs of our advertisers and users
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets our standards for reliability, performance, and security
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow in their careers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our product development
- 10+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong background in ad tech and infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects and teams
- Strong understanding of ad formats, ad serving, and ad ranking
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
