We are looking for a skilled and innovative Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Analytics Team.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform thorough analyses to reveal valuable insights and demonstrate creativity in presenting these insights through engaging and informative dashboards.
The selected candidate will proactively explore new methods to standardize and automate processes, facilitating the appropriate scaling of projects.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop end-to-end analytics solutions by taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.
2. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to navigate challenges and ensure timely achievement of objectives, adapting to dynamic requirements and changing priorities.
3. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend processes and identify opportunities for implementing a data-driven decision-making framework.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience focused on data analytics.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- High level of expertise in scripting languages such as Python.
- Skilled in data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau; adept at creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.

Compensation:
For this role, the estimated base annual salary range is CAD$65,000 to $75,000. Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans may be available for certain positions.
