- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to drive business growth.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Resource Allocation
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business initiatives.
- Representation and Communication
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
- Supervision and Team Management
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure effective performance and productivity.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Windows to support business operations.
- Work Environment and Conditions
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Interpersonal awareness and team player skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 30 hours per week.
