Job Title: After Sales Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced After Sales Manager to join our team at Next Level Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our Service and Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service and Parts Department
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of service and parts professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our department remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a Service and Parts Department
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Valid driver's license
