We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless service.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards by conducting regular quality control checks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
