Architectural Design and Project Management Opportunity

Architecture49 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our CENTRUS team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural design solutions and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural design solutions and construction drawings.
  • Lead and collaborate with architectural teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform internal reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
  • Research and incorporate materials, products, and technologies into design details and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Registered architect in Ontario (OAA) or eligibility to be registered.
  • 6+ years of experience delivering BIM projects using Revit.
  • Familiarity with Provincial and National related standards and codes.
  • Knowledge of BIM principles, Revit software, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with Heritage Architecture is an asset.
