Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Product Education: Educate clients on our insurance products, including life, health, and auto insurance, and help them make informed decisions.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve them.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to clients and build strong relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life, health, and auto insurance.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in technology, including social media and other digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • Life and Health License: Must be able to obtain a life and health license.
  • College Diploma: College diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Previous Insurance Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or service.
Compensation

The salary for this position is $45,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
