Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Assistant to support our kitchen operations at Antonio's. This role involves preparing a variety of meals and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Prepare special meals as directed by the dietitian or head chef.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
Culinary Focus

Specializing in Italian cuisine, the ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and an understanding of various culinary techniques.
