Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch residential plumbing services to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner, building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently, accurately estimating repair costs and providing value-added communication to our customers.
  • Install, maintain, and repair various piping systems, fixtures, and equipment, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, instructing customers on proper care and maintenance of their plumbing systems.
  • Explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort's products, services, and programs to our customers, promoting our brand and offerings.
  • Perform other duties as required by your supervisor or designate.

What We're Looking For:

  • A growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow with Reliance Home Comfort.
  • Proof of full vaccination, as defined by the Provincial Ministry of Health.
  • A 306A Apprentice License/Certified Plumber – Mandatory.
  • Level 5, 4, or 3 Apprentice Plumber/5+ years' experience in the Plumbing field.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical ability to perform all work required of this position.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
