Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at GFL Environmental. As a key member of our plumbing crew, you will assist our supervisors with various tasks, including line flushing, construction activities, and CCTV inspections of sewer and underground infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flushing of sewers and underground pipes
  • Minor plumbing construction activities, including site preparation and clean-up
  • Operating equipment and tools, such as CCTV cameras and pipe cutters
  • Securing and safely loading/unloading vehicles with supplies
  • Setting up traffic control and ensuring a safe work area
Requirements
  • Valid G, DZ, or AZ driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
  • At least 1 year of plumbing experience
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English (French is an asset)
  • Physical ability to safely lift 50 lbs
  • Commitment to health and safety and ability to follow instructions
