Aecon, a prominent player in infrastructure development, is looking for a Tunnel Operations Supervisor to oversee projects across various locations.

- Direct the tunnel workforce to execute tasks with safety and efficiency
- Foster a Safety-First culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Manage work assignments and address employee concerns
- Offer mentorship to team members and oversee work quality
- Assist in construction planning and resource management

- Uphold quality standards and provide progress reports
Essential Qualifications:
Relevant education and experience in tunneling, machinery operation, and safety compliance
Compensation and Benefits:
- $53 per hour with additional shift differentials
- Full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package
Work Environment:
- Primary work location involves various project sites
- Travel may be necessary
- Exposure to construction environments in diverse weather conditions
