Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons #1570. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient food service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
