Position Overview

The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate production and other relevant reports.
  • Supervise project teams and manage site activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule various tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide training or arrange for training of staff.
  • Recommend actions regarding personnel as needed.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for projects.
