Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Concorde Group Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and performing routine clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Clerical Support: Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining work records and logs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Warehouse Management: Organize warehouse and work areas to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of supplies.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to support business decision-making.
- Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
