Job Title: Project Coordinator, Construction

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Construction Solutions ASI Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Knowledge of construction management software and systems.
