About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and storage spaces.
  • Prepare for shifts with a well-stocked cart and ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are available.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
