We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at 9432-3755 QUEBEC INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for food preparation and service.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
This is a permanent position, requiring the ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. A criminal record check is required for this position.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
