About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify shipments, handling discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory counts
  • Assemble, pack, and ship transfers of merchandise between retail locations or distribution centers
  • Maintain a neat and orderly stockroom, adhering to safety and security protocols
  • Control damaged merchandise and mis-matched inventory according to company standards
  • Replenish and display product on the sales floor, adhering to Visual Merchandising standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering product knowledge
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail store experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
